INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stretch the Silicone ring around the base of your penis with the ticklers facing out.
2. Press and release the power/FUNction button to turn ON. Press to cycle through 3 increasing speeds and one pulse FUNction. To turn OFF, press and release.
